Hot Pepper Jelly
1. My FAVORITE way to eat this is with cream cheese and wheat thin crackers. Pour a generous amount over a brick of cream cheese and serve! ( Also try whipped cream cheese or SMOKED Cream Cheese-AMAZING!). I love this at BBQ's and gatherings. Always an easy, and delicious dish to bring!

2. Hot pepper jelly pork chops or Shrimp k-bobs on the grill! Let your meat cook and slather the hot pepper jelly on right at the very end!

3. Sausage Slathered. Need a new idea for a easy bbq appetizer? Slice your cooked sausages and drizzle with hot pepper jelly, Serve with a toothpick. Gives that wonderful sweet and salty (& spicy) taste! ( Think bbq or grape jelly cocktail sausages in the crock pot too. Just replace with the Hot Pepper Jelly)

4. Use a stir fry sauce in the wok!

5. Sweet and Spicy Cream Corn Casserole. - 8 oz cream cheese, 18oz bag frozen corn ( or cans) splash of milk, few pats of butter and 4 oz  (1/2 of the biger jar or the full small jar) of my pepper jelly. Pop into microwave to warm everything and mix together. Top with a cup or 2 of shredded cheddar and pop into oven until it's hot and cheese on top has melted. You're welcome!

Zesty Italian dipping sauce

1. Use as a dipping sauce for fresh bread with your favorite mild oil. ( I use grapeseed or a HIGH quality EVOO.)

2. Put on top of buttered bread and roast in the oven for an amazing crunchy garlic bread.

3. Use as a seasoning for soups and pastas.

4. Sprinkle on top of caprese salad with cucumbers, Add a little oil and basalmic vinegar.

5. Create your own salad dressing with fetta, the seasoning, good oil and a splash of raw cider vinegar

Focaccia Bread
1. Dip in my homemade seasoning blend for an amazing snack or  side for your meal.
2. Cut the whole loaf like a extra large bun and make a family size sandwich ( our favorite is roast beef and havarti with some grilled or fresh onions and spicy mustard! Or a California style with turkey, tomato, and avacado!)

Infused Salts & Sugars
1. Add a little flavor to your beer by dressing it with my Pineapple salt or Mango Chili Salt.
2. Make for a festive night by rimming your cocktail with a sweet Gladilous or Apple Rose Sugar.
Cheers and tag me on instagram.

Pickled Zucchini
I know you might think I'm crazy to pickle zucchini but drain those puppies and toss into a Pasta Salad with all your usual suspects! Like the Jalepeno Jelly Cream Cheese dip, pasta salad with pickled zuc's are another go to side dish for big dinners around here.
